With clear recommendations on diet, exercise, learning modifications, meditation, sleep routine and other non medicinal measures in addition to counseling on proper medications if a medication is needed

All initial visits need to be in person, then a medication titration visit is done in 2-3 weeks. follow up visits of patients in remission or near remission are performed every 3 months in person or virtually (for up to a year)
